Our Returns Policy covers the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Should you make an error when ordering online or the items were damaged or defective, Phoenix Distilling Co will refund or exchange your item providing you inform us of your intention to return the products within seven (7) days from the date of your order being delivered. If you made a mistake ordering, the returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. The quickest way to obtain a refund or exchange is to contact us directly at us at orders@phoenixdistillingco.com and one of our team members will be able to help you further.
If your product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return postage costs.
When your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund/exchange. If the return is approved, we will process your refund back on the card you paid with. The refund process may take up to 2-5 business days.
